None of that's the fault of British Air although the understaffed and confided safety at LHR. For that reason I will never use British Air yet again Unless of course I don’t land in London . Not the airlines fault but I in no way need to overlook a flight due to the blunder in London . The worst I’ve at any time encountered in Global vacation .
